We supply turnkey subsea pipelines; from project to installed, ready to use system.
- From planning to completed pipeline
- Specially adapted strainer and end bracket
- Documentation in accordance with official requirements
Aquaservice offers complete subsea pipelines from planning to finished and cost-effective
product. Aquaservice specialises in polyethylene (PEHD), which is extremely well suited as a
subsea pipeline on account of its chemical resistance, density and flexibility. Over the course
of many years, we have acquired the necessary knowledge and experience to be able to
solve most challenges.

Route survey
By using a good route survey, we can map the seabed surface and ground conditions as well as any existing constructions, and identify the most suitable route. A route survey provides a better basis for selecting pipes, pipe parts, prices and the best location, which in turn can ensure a better life span for the system as a whole
Assembly
The pipeline is either transported to the location in fully welded lengths or welded on site. The subsea pipeline is weighted according to calculations and lowered into the specified position.
Intake/outlet
Aquaservice offers end brackets specially adapted to your project. Given that the bracket is self-correcting, it will always be positioned correctly on the bottom. We can supply perforated intake strainers and open outlets.
Documentation
Follow-up inspections of the sea pipeline and inlet/outlet with an ROV make it possible to check that the sea pipeline is in the correct route, log the GPS position, and prepare all the documentation. The documentation is prepared in accordance with official requirements. Subsequent follow-up inspections can include flushing pipes, running the cleaning plug, pressure testing and visual inspections.
